About this policy

This policy applies to Neon Arrow Puzzle for iPhone and iPad, provided by DAHMANI LIMITED. The game includes optional in-app purchases and Google AdMob advertisements. Puzzle play and saved progress work locally; purchases, restoration and advertisements require an internet connection.

Game data on your device

Level progress, game preferences and achievements are stored locally. We do not require an account, name or email address to play. Reset Progress in Settings clears game progress; it does not refund or cancel a purchase. Removing the app removes its local game data, although Apple device backups may retain a copy.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat helps validate purchases, restore access and display the paywall. It processes an app-generated customer identifier, purchase and transaction records, entitlement status, app and device information, and paywall interactions. These records support paid access, customer support, fraud prevention and purchase analytics. We do not set your name, email or advertising identifier in RevenueCat.

Advertisements and consent

Google AdMob and its consent platform may process your IP address, approximate location derived from it, app- or device-scoped identifiers, ad interactions, crash information and performance data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and operate the service. This iOS app requests non-personalized ads, disables AdMob publisher first-party identifiers. Non-personalized ads can still process device data. Ads are requested only when the consent SDK permits them and premium status has been resolved. Premium removes ads.

Optional advertising measurement

With your optional in-app consent and Apple tracking permission, Firebase Analytics (Google) and Meta App Events measure installs, app activity and purchases associated with our advertising campaigns. They may process app-instance and device identifiers, including the advertising identifier, app launches and interactions, purchase product, value, currency and transaction details, device and app information, and approximate location derived from network information. These providers may combine this information with information from other apps or services to measure advertising effectiveness. We do not send your name, email, payment-card details or puzzle answers to these services.

Measurement collection stays off unless you allow it in the app and authorize Apple’s tracking request. Declining does not affect gameplay, Premium or restoration. Settings → Privacy Choices → Ad measurement lets you withdraw your optional choice. You can also revoke tracking permission in iOS Settings. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement collection; it does not erase previously collected records. Google and Meta apply their own retention and deletion policies.

Your choices

Where required, a consent message appears before ads. You may refuse optional consent. When available, use Privacy Choices in Settings to review or withdraw your choices. Rewarded ads are optional; rewards are granted only after completion. The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.

Sharing, retention and your rights

Apple, RevenueCat, Google and Meta process the data needed for their services, including on infrastructure outside your country. We retain purchase-related information as needed to provide access, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations; service providers apply their own retention policies. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, object to processing or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us below. Deleting purchase records may affect restoration; records required by law may be retained.

Children and changes

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data. We may update this policy when the app or its services change; the updated date appears below.
